Returns & Cancelations

We are on holiday between 27/05/24 to 4/06/24. All orders received in this period will be processed upon our return. Thank you.

We at Diverse Dolls 4 All pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and always aim for 100% customer satisfaction. In the unfortunate event of you not being completely satisfied with your purchase or if you wish to cancel your order, please return the item to us within 7 working days of the date you took delivery of the item. Please contact us to be provided with our return address.

Please note we are unable to accept returns that have been used, damaged by the customer, not in original packaging, or returned after the 7 working day cooling off period.

Any item to be returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery. We will not refund the cost incurred to you for sending the unwanted or cancelled item back to us, nor do we refund the delivery charge of sending the item to you in the first instance.

Damaged Items

We take every care in packaging and dispatching your item to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of your item being damaged in transit or being sent the wrong item, please notify us within 7 working days of taking receipt of the item by contacting us on 07796342492, or emailing us at info@diversedolls4all.co.uk. We will then provide you with the address to return your item.

Upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect item we will refund the cost of retuning the item to you and offer you a replacement or refund upon request. Please note that we are unable to accept damaged or incorrect items if you do not notify us within 7 working days of taking receipt of the goods. Refunds will be made through the secure services of PayPal.
